Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) and OPaL incorporated a joint venture company, ONGC Petrochemicals Marketing Ltd (OPML), on Oct. 7, 2026 as a public limited company.
