ONEOK amends ATM equity program to keep up to $1.0B
ONEOK entered Amendment No. 1 to its Equity Distribution Agreement to maintain its at-the-market equity offering program of up to $1.0 billion following recent reorganization transactions. BofA Securities will act as sales agent and principal, and Bank of America will act as forward purchaser.
