OEM International to hold Oct. 23, 2026 EGM to vote on board and share buyback authorization
OEM International will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Tranås on Oct. 23, 2026. Shareholders will vote on board size, board remuneration, director elections and appointment of the board chair, with a proposed seven-member board and an authorization for share repurchases up to 10% of outstanding shares.
