Nvidia accelerates Feynman AI platform, pressuring TSMC capacity plans
Nvidia is reportedly accelerating development of its next-generation Feynman AI platform, and the report says TSMC is fast-tracking advanced chipmaking and packaging capacity ahead of an expected 2028 launch.
