Nuveen Completes Schroders Acquisition, Creating $2.6 Trillion Giant
Nuveen announced the completion of its acquisition of British fund manager Schroders, forming a combined entity with over $2.6 trillion in assets under management and operations in more than 40 markets. Schroders will continue to operate independently within Nuveen.
