Nuburu Acquires 70% of Tekne for €5.2M Plus Up to €20M Earn-Out
Nuburu entered into the Tekne Implementation Agreement to acquire a controlling 70% stake. The purchase price includes €1.2 million at closing and €4.0 million deferred through March 31, 2027, plus an earn-out of up to €20 million.
