Novartis Lifts Earnings Guidance as Q3 Sales and Profit Grow
Novartis reported Q3 net sales up 4% to $14.5 billion and core operating income up 11% to $6 billion. Core operating margin rose to 41.6%, and core EPS climbed 9% to $2.46. Growth was led by breast cancer treatment sales.
