Norway regulator approves Hofseth BioCare listing prospectus
Norway's financial supervisory authority approved Hofseth BioCare's prospectus for listing shares from its private placement. The listing shares will move to the ordinary ISIN and be admitted to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs.
