Northstar Clean Technologies Closes C$2.14M Convertible Debenture Tranche
The company closed an initial C$2.14 million subscription of three-year unsecured convertible debentures bearing 10% interest, convertible at C$0.29, with warrants at C$0.50. A further C$0.24 million under Tranche 2 is expected after ERA holdback release, subject to TSXV rules.
