Nordic merger targets top engineering group; SEK 11.7B revenue
A merger of equals will form a Nordic engineering and consulting group with SEK 11.7 billion revenue and strong synergies. The deal targets NOK 100–120 million cost savings over three years, backed by major shareholders.
