NioCorp places all planned Elk Creek output under long — term sales agreements
NioCorp signed a binding sales agreement with Traxys covering 50% of planned Elk Creek ferroniobium output for 15 years. The take-or-pay deal replaces prior Traxys offtake arrangements for ferroniobium and scandium. The remaining 50% ferroniobium offtake with ThyssenKrupp for the first 10 years remains in place. Traxys
