NioCorp Secures Offtake Coverage for 100% of Planned Output
NioCorp signed a 15-year take-or-pay agreement with Traxys for 50% of planned ferroniobium output and granted it exclusivity to market scandium, titanium and rare earths. The agreements cover all planned Elk Creek output; terms depend on financing and project completion.
