Nifty Bank rises nearly 1% as ICICI, Axis, HDFC lead gains
Banking stocks rallied Thursday morning. The Nifty Bank index rose nearly 1% to 57,695 around 9:40 am, with ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank and SBI among the top Nifty 50 gainers.
