Nidec Delays Restated Filings as Audit Procedures Continue
Nidec said auditor requests on personnel matters remain incomplete, delaying restated reports with auditor opinions. The company plans to file a Written Confirmation of Internal Management System with the TSE on Oct. 30, 2026.
