Nidec CEO Mitsuya Kishida to resign; board appoints new president and officers
Mitsuya Kishida will resign as representative director and CEO effective September 29, 2026. Nidec says the Sept. 29 extraordinary board meeting resolved to appoint a new president and new representative director and nominate a director candidate.
