GoPro founder, CEO and chairman Nicholas Woodman disclosed beneficial ownership of about 20.6% of GoPro Class A common stock. He switched from a passive Schedule 13G to an active Schedule 13D on Sep. 9, 2026 after GoPro announced a definitive merger agreement on Sep. 1, 2026.
