Nexa Dynamics to cancel KRW 12.6 billion of its third convertible bond series
Nexa Dynamics said its board resolved on Sept. 30, 2026 to cancel its third series private convertible bonds with total face value of KRW 12.6 billion, scheduled to burn on Oct. 1, 2026. After cancellation, the outstanding balance will be KRW 2.5 billion held by bondholders.
