Newton Golf Receives Nasdaq Delisting Notice
Nasdaq said Newton Golf has not demonstrated compliance with the stockholders’ equity requirement. Unless the company appeals by October 13, trading will be suspended October 15 and Nasdaq will file a Form 25-NSE.
