Newron subscription for EUR 5.5M shares under up to EUR 38M financing
Newron said an investor group subscribed for shares worth EUR 5.5 million as part of total financing of up to EUR 38 million. Proceeds are expected to fund ENIGMA-TRS studies and extend cash runway beyond 12-week results.
