NEWD completed its purchase of Orenoxe, securing rights to earn up to 70% (option to 90%) of the 786 km² Ganda gold concession in Angola. Deal terms include $360K paid at closing, $450K deferred within 12 months, and up to 19.0M shares linked to milestones.
