New Era shares jump after 20-year Texas data-center power deal
New Era Energy & Digital said a subsidiary entered a 20-year power purchase agreement with an affiliate of Vistra, sending shares up 21% to $7.11 in premarket Monday. The stock was up 70% year to date through Friday’s close.
