Neurizer signs technology transfer and plant purchase agreements with Reliance
Neurizer Ltd has signed binding agreements with Reliance Industries for IP licensing and plant sale, and does not plan to raise additional funds for at least next 12 months. E&C agreed to suspend enforcement of Neurizer debt until July 2028.
