Neobo Q3 Property Management Profit per Share Rises 22%
Neobo said residential vacancy fell to 4.4% and total vacancy to 6.1%. It completed SEK 480 million in divestments and plans up to SEK 100 million in further buybacks, following its ongoing SEK 50 million program.
