Neobo Fastigheter sells SEK 480M assets; plans up to SEK 100M buybacks
Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) agreed to divest properties in Skara, Skövde and Mariestad for SEK 480M and expects closing in Nov 2026. The sale is about 16% below 30 Jun 2026 book value. After completing its ongoing SEK 50M buyback program, it intends an additional share repurchase of up to SEK 100M.
