Neighborhood Intelligence terminates proposed F9 Brands acquisition agreement
Neighborhood Intelligence (NXH) said it and F9 Brands have terminated the previously announced acquisition agreement, after determining F9 could not satisfy all closing requirements within the contemplated timeframe.
