Ndfos to buy back KRW 11.12 billion convertible debt before maturity
Ndfos will repurchase KRW 11 billion face value of its 6th private convertible bond, priced at KRW 11.12 billion including principal and interest, ahead of maturity. The off-market purchase is set for Sept. 30, 2026 from JK New Technology Investment Fund No. 23, with bonds to be cancelled after acquisition.
