Nasdaq notifies SOBR of delisting from Nasdaq Capital Market
Nasdaq notified SOBR that its common stock will be delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market at the open on September 16, 2026, due to continued noncompliance. The company will not appeal and expects shares to begin quotation on the OTC market.
