Nasdaq notifies NEXTNRG of planned common stock delisting
Nasdaq notified NEXTNRG on Sept. 15, 2026 that it will delist the company’s common stock from the Nasdaq Capital Market after it missed the Sept. 14 deadline to regain the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement and was ineligible for an additional compliance period.
