Nasdaq invests $100M in Payward for equity token platform launch
Nasdaq Ventures will invest $100M in Payward as the companies deepen work on Nasdaq Equity Tokens. The companies expect Nasdaq equity tokens to launch in Q2 2027, with a next phase focused on global distribution, trading and post-trade infrastructure.
