NYSE Suspends Elme Communities Shares as Delisting Proceedings Begin
The NYSE notified Elme Communities on October 23, 2026, that it had begun delisting proceedings and immediately suspended trading of its common shares under Section 802.01D because of abnormally low selling prices. The company does not intend to appeal.
