NVR Q3 Net Income Falls 27% as Revenue Declines
NVR reported Q3 2026 net income of $248.6 million, or $89.45 diluted EPS, down 27% year over year. Revenue was $2.40 billion versus $2.61 billion, while homebuilding gross margin fell to 18.3% from 21.0%, including about $24.8 million in land deposit impairments.
