NUBURU Closes 70% Acquisition of Tekne, Updates on $17.1M Program
NUBURU said it closed the acquisition on Oct. 15, 2026, and reported progress on Tekne’s approximately $17.1 million special-vehicle program. It issued approximately $3.4 million in advance invoices on Sept. 30; revenue will be recognized under US GAAP upon satisfying performance obligations.
