NTPC plans 10mt coal buy from commercial mines
NTPC Ltd plans to procure approximately 10 million tonnes of coal from commercial mines over the next six months, ending in March. This procurement is in addition to its efforts to increase production from its own coal blocks, aimed at diversifying its supply sources amid dwindling coal stocks at power plants.
