NRGene Canada and Ile-a-la-Crosse Fish Company develop omega-3 larvae supplement
NRGene Canada says its MaxBSF™ black soldier fly larvae can be reared on fish-processing by-products that contain marine omega-3s EPA and DHA, creating potential for a higher-value nutritional supplement for poultry. Partnership with Ile-a-la-Crosse Fish Company was announced Sept. 16, 2026.
