NOAA upgrades tropical depression to Tropical Storm Isaias
NOAA upgraded a Gulf of Mexico tropical depression to Tropical Storm Isaias, with expectations it could strengthen to a Category 3 or 4 hurricane before landfall through Mississippi and Alabama by early Saturday morning.
