NKT receives major shareholder notice from BlackRock
BlackRock, Inc. increased its aggregate stake in NKT A/S to 8.46% of share capital and voting rights, up from 5.94%. The notification says BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited holds 5.02% and that the position is included in BlackRock’s aggregate total.
