NHC says Tropical Storm Isaias forms off Mexico
The National Hurricane Center said Tropical Storm Isaias formed off Mexico’s east coast and is expected to strengthen into a hurricane over the next two days. The latest projection puts landfall along the U.S. Gulf Coast late Friday into early Saturday.
