NHC Foods hits 5% upper circuit on planned controlling-stake acquisitions
On Sept. 17, NHC Foods shares were locked in a 5% upper circuit after the company announced plans to acquire controlling stakes in Lotmor Brands Private Limited and Walya's Beverages Private Limited.
