NCS Multistage requests trading halt and Nasdaq delisting after merger
After completing its merger, NCS Multistage notified Nasdaq that each share was converted into the right to receive merger consideration. It requested a trading halt, Nasdaq withdrawal, and Form 25 filing to delist and deregister.
