NATO chief Rutte: no imminent threat to alliance territory from Russia
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Wednesday there was no imminent threat to NATO territory from Russia, despite a warning from Moscow over Kaliningrad. The threat assessment regarding Russia was unchanged from previous periods, Rutte said.
