Myseum.AI assigns ATM sales agreement to StoneX Financial
Myseum.AI signed a Second Amendment on Sept. 21, 2026 to assign Benchmark’s obligations to StoneX Financial, which will serve as sales agent for the company’s at-the-market equity offering program.
