Federal filings show Musk gave $75 million to the Senate Leadership Fund on Sept. 9 and $83 million on Sept. 23. The fund transferred the amounts to Texas PAC, which supports Paxton’s campaign. Separate filings show America PAC spent $7.5 million this year backing Paxton and opposing James Talarico.
