Muddy Waters alleges Edison failed to update fire model before Eaton Fire
Muddy Waters says Edison’s fire model could not account for high winds and alleges the company knew this for five years. The short seller says Edison should be liable for at least $4 billion and estimates liability at about $20 billion.
