Mubadala to invest in Luckin Coffee in deal valued at about $1 billion
Mubadala Investment Company has agreed to make a significant minority investment in China-based Luckin Coffee Inc. alongside Centurium Capital, the coffee chain's controlling shareholder. The transaction is valued at approximately $1 billion.
