Mpact sells Versapak Paarl property for R 185 million
Mpact entered an agreement to sell the Versapak Paarl property as a going concern for ZAR 185 million, VAT zero-rated. Inospace 5 will buy, with the right to nominate Inofort, a joint venture with Fortress Real Estate Investments. Closing is expected in Q1 2027, subject to releasing a mortgage bond over the property.
