Morrow Bank agrees to sell SEK 786M GBV Swedish NPLs
Morrow Bank AB agreed to sell MedMera’s Swedish non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio of about SEK 786M GBV to Arktika Capital at a premium to book. The bank expects its NPL ratio to fall below 5% after the close, subject to Swedish FSA approval and expected in Q4 2026.
