Morguard secures $100M Canada Infrastructure Bank loan for retrofits
Morguard closed a $100M loan with the Canada Infrastructure Bank to fund energy-efficient retrofits across about 30 Canadian properties, alongside equity via the Morguard ReNew Fund. Management expects upgrades to cut about 35,246 tonnes of CO₂e annually.
