Moody's affirmed the A1/VMIG 1 letter of credit-backed ratings on Formosa Plastics Corporation Adjustable Mode Revenue Bonds Series 2011A, 2011B and 2011C after substitute letters of credit from Mizuho Bank, Ltd. are to be provided.
