Mitsubishi boosts stake in Ayala Corp for $709.5 million
Japanese trading house Mitsubishi will increase its economic stake in Philippine conglomerate Ayala Corp to 15% through a 44.5 billion Philippine peso ($709.48 million) deal, aiming to deepen its partnership in the Philippines.
