Ming Yang Smart Energy says non-trading transfer of securities completed
The company said Hainan Boyun Investment Partnership completed a non-trading transfer of securities on Sept. 28 after deciding to dissolve and deregister. The company said the change will not alter its controlling shareholder or actual controllers.
